The Problem
First, there’s that photo. Then, there’s the type. Microsoft Paint has entered the chat. This logo fails to convey the pioneering, risk-taking nature of the Cinnabar, which doesn’t shy away from bringing serious, sometimes challenging productions to its wine country patrons.
The Solution
The new mark leverages the theater’s namesake red color, while rendering the silhouette of its distinctive façade in negative space evokes a proscenium arch and deep red stage curtains.
